I was assisted via WhatsApp. The waiting time was a bit long but eventually I got the assistance and I think Palesa's service was excellent! I always get my queries solved with Afrihost in spite of long waiting time. The fact that there are now multiple channels to get help through is also a fabulous idea. Thanks Afrihost!

We very seldom have any trouble at all with our internet feed, but when we do, Afihost's extremely efficient, easy to reach service centre offers the solution at the blink of an eye. Super support! Always professional, patient, fight for you with infrastructure providers, communication good. Just idea sometimes consider or ask the customer or user are you technical in order to provide direct support. Small thing for an excellent ISP.
